hbazi Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbazi platform and all related services. By browsing the hbazi.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. hbazi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Even if these Terms are translated into English or any other language, the Bengali version shall be final and the Bengali text shall be treated as authoritative in the event of any dispute.

"User" or "You"

"Account"

"Wallet"

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: A minimum of ৳500 must be deposited with each method.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and funds will be returned in such cases.

Withdrawal Rules

• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

Currency

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the combined total of the bonus and the deposited amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: if a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, the total wagering required will be (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 25 = ৳55,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• hbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• If wagering requirements are not met within a specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

VIP Program

General Gaming Policy

Suspension by hbazi

hbazi may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Closed by user

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however all bonus funds will be forfeited.

Reactivation
